Our History

We have been manufacturing and selling Halal food since 2003, alongside our comprehensive selection we now also have halal chapli kebabs. These kebabs have been very popular in the Indian subcontinent for decades and date back to Mughal times and their culinary influences.

They are especially popular in countries like Afghanistan and north west of Pakistan from Peshawar where these originate from and hence why they are also referred to as Peshawari kebabs. The city of Peshawar has over 2000 kebab houses.

These kebabs are very popular for barbecues and street food, eaten as they are or served with rice or naan breads. There is an increasing demand for these products across UK and Europe where the halal consumer is looking for traditional and new food products which originate from their ancestral lands.

About Chapli Kebabs

The chapli kebabs are made from a very high quality mince, with a few secret herbs and spices to give the kebab a unique texture and flavour.

The chapli kebab has a slightly grainy texture on the outside with a soft and succulent chewy flavour on the inside.

The chapli kebabs are available in various sizes and can be packed as requested.
The chapli kebab is prepared with raw, marinated mince and the meat can be either beef or lamb/mutton. The main ingredients include wheat flour, different herbs and spices such as garam masala and chili powder, coriander leaves, followed by smaller quantities of onions, tomatoes, eggs, ginger, coriander or cumin seeds, green chillies, corn starch, salt and pepper, baking powder, as well as a seasoning of lemon juice or pomegranate seeds.

The kebabs can be fried shallow or deep in vegetable cooking oil over medium heat.
